Good News: The Commission on Human Rights of the Philippines (CHR) has officially found legal grounds to hold fossil fuel companies accountable for acts to obfuscate climate science and says coal, oil, and gas should be kept in the ground.

The report is the product of a multi-year investigation into 47 investor-owned corporations for human rights harms that result from their actions triggering climate change.
