We are building an inclusive team where differences are valued and everyone has equal rights. We recognize that diversity makes us more creative and resourceful, and enables us to make better decisions by bringing in different perspectives. Diversity is not only an advantage for natural systems, but also for social systems, and makes us more resilient. We strive to live up to our civic responsibility by making marginalized groups visible and offering them space in our organization. Our goals are not defined by quotas; rather, we value each individual person in all their differences and similarities.
